The Lineage Watch Company approached us to launch their new line of high-end, classically designed watches. As a family-owned, minority-owned and female-led company, there were several avenues we could go in developing the launch narrative. But what rose to the top was Lineage’s complete and unwavering dedication to reviving the watchmaking industry, and supporting the watchmaking community, in America. Embracing this, we designed, developed and executed a launch website with full commerce capabilities that celebrated the Made in America credo. The site, an inviting mix of lifestyle and the stunning details of the watches, featured Lineage’s hometown of San Diego. Supported by social media and PR, the site drew close to 30,000 visits , generated over 78,000,000 media impressions, and over 85,000 social media engagements in the launch window – significant numbers for a new brand competing in the crowded field of upscale watches.
