Bridge by Bastion is an initiative created by the women of Bastion to champion women-led startups shaping the future. Born from our own experiences working alongside—and learning from—remarkable female leaders, Bridge is our way of giving back by providing founders with the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to grow.

Through this program, one selected startup will receive complimentary strategic support through the end of 2025, including hands-on collaboration with Bastion teams, strategic audits and marketing reviews, and guidance on how to best allocate resources for maximum impact. 

Applications are open now through October 15, 2025. We invite women-led startups to submit their story and biggest marketing challenge for consideration. Together, we’ll build the bridge that helps bold ideas move forward.
